Questions We Can Answer

We’re here to make what’s published on this site clearer and more accurate. So if your message is about the writing itself, you’ve come to the right place. That’s especially true when a page about app access, casino terms, or sports betting skips over a detail or doesn’t explain it properly.
Here’s the kind of message we can help with:
- Factual error: quote the statement you think is wrong and tell us what evidence points the other way.
- Outdated information: name the offer, feature or instruction that has since changed.
- Unclear explanation: point us to the sentence or section that needs simpler wording.
- New topic: suggest a question that matters to readers in Bangladesh.
- Website usability: tell us about confusing menus, broken formatting or tables that are hard to read.
- Reuse of material: ask about quoting or republishing our original text.
If you’re not sure whether your question is for us or for the platform, this table should help.
| Your message concerns | Can our website team review it? |
| An inaccurate sentence in an article | Yes, as an editorial correction |
| A proposed guide to cricket betting terminology | Yes, as a topic suggestion |
| A missing bonus payment in your account | No, this belongs with Jaya9 support |
| Permission to reproduce our writing | Yes, as a content-use inquiry |
Questions We Cannot Handle
We aren’t Jaya9’s official site, we aren’t its customer service, and we don’t handle any payments for it. We can’t see anyone’s account, change your settings, send you money, or explain why a particular bet settled the way it did. For all of that, contact Jaya9’s official support through a channel you’ve checked yourself.
The following issues are outside what we can access:
- forgotten passwords, locked accounts, and identity verification
- pending deposits, withdrawals, or a balance that doesn’t add up
- bonus credits, wagering disputes, and eligibility decisions
- individual sports bets, game results, or complaints about settlement
Please never send us a password, a one-time login code, a bank card number or payment confirmation details. Don’t attach screenshots that show any of this either. We couldn’t fix an account problem with it anyway, and it puts your account at risk.
What to Include in Your Message
A short message that names the exact problem is much easier for us to check than “this page is wrong.” Readers often notice small changes before we do, especially when an Android screen or a promotion has been updated.
When you write, try to cover these points:
- the title or topic of the page
- the passage itself, quoted or described so we can find it
- what bothers you about it and, if you can, what you expected to see
- a cropped screenshot, but only if it adds something useful and shows no private data
The table below explains why each detail helps.
| Helpful detail | Why it matters |
| Page title and section | Lets us find the passage quickly |
| Date you noticed the issue | Gives context when information changes over time |
| Publicly available evidence | Helps the editor judge a factual correction |
| Suggested wording | Clears up what you meant, though we may edit it |
Write in English, and you are welcome to use local Bangladeshi terms if they help explain what confused you.
What Happens After You Write

Your message might lead to a correction, a clearer explanation, or a new article on our list. It won’t automatically change the page, though. First, the team checks your point against what’s publicly available, and some suggestions may simply fall outside what this site covers.
On our side, the process usually goes like this:
- We read your message and find the page it’s about.
- We compare the claim with reliable public information.
- If a correction is needed, we update the article.
We can’t promise a set response time or a personal reply to every message. Topic ideas are considered, but suggesting one doesn’t mean it will be published.
How We Treat Your Message
Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to the details you send us, such as your contact information and the message itself. A short note like this one isn’t a replacement for it. The policy sets out in detail what we may collect, how long we keep it and whether it’s ever shared. Please read it before sending personal information, and include only what an editor needs to reply.
We also ask readers to leave out financial records and Jaya9 login details. We read editorial feedback to see how our articles can be improved, but we can’t act as a private support line for casino accounts. If you notice a mistake, send it through the contact page so we can look at the exact passage.
